Replacement Parts by Brake Model
Start with your brake model and piston layout. Once you know those two things, the right pads, service kit and small parts follow from the tables on this page.
Find Your Model First
Everything here is sorted by LEWIS brake model, so that is the one thing to pin down before you buy. Check your order history, or the model marking on the lever and caliper.
If you plan to order a service kit for an LH4 or LHT, look at the lever as well. A small mark on the lever decides which kit you need, and our service guide explains it.
Two-Piston Calipers Use 30mm Pads
LV2, BB2, SL and SLR calipers all take pads with a 30mm section width. You choose the compound by how you ride, and the brake pad guide goes through each one. SP-30 is listed separately for LVS2 and R2.
Four-Piston LV4, LH4 and S4 Use 36.9mm Pads
These calipers share a 36.9mm section width. The pad codes end in 37, which makes them easy to spot. Some of our listings cover several sizes without a size button yet, so email [email protected] with the code you need before you order.
LHT and LHP-U4 Use 40mm Pads
The LHT and LHP-U4 families take a 40mm pad. Our LHT brake ships with TP-40 sintered pads, so that is the code to reorder if you want to stay with the same compound.
AX and EB Use 44mm Pads
The large four-piston AX 18-20 and EB 20-21 calipers take the widest pad in the range, with a 44mm section width.
VP-44 is the carbon ceramic option, for high speed or long distance braking. EP-44-4.0 is sintered metallic and designed for e-bikes. SP-44 is the specialized sintered option.
Service Kits by Model
Each kit is built for one brake family, so match the model exactly. LH4 and LHT split into G1 and G2 by the lever mark.

Titanium Bolts and Their Torque Values
Our titanium bolt upgrade kit fits LHP-U4, LHP-S4 and LH4 brakes. Every bolt has its own torque value and tool, so keep this table next to you when you fit them.

Clamps and Adapters
Our 7075 aluminum clamp is a split design for the LH and LV series, and it works on carbon and aluminum bars. It comes in black and silver.
For a bigger rotor or a shifter mounted on the lever, the mounts and adapters guide has the full list. For LHP-U4, LHP-S4 and LHP-S6, the PM-PM+20-A is the adapter we recommend.
