What the lever and caliper do for you

The leverage ratio is set up for more direct braking feedback, which helps on bikes that need clear brake feel. At the caliper, two 21mm stainless steel pistons with metallic pads give the force, and a thicker inner wall suits hard use.

Compare the 34mm mounting holes with your frame

The BB2 caliper has 34mm between its mounting holes, and LEWIS asks riders to compare carefully with the bike it will go on. If your frame turns out to be post mount, look at a post mount brake such as the LV-S2 first.

Plan the 165cm rear hose and three questions

The stated figures describe a single rear brake with a 165cm hose, so measure your rear run against it. Before ordering, ask in one message which fluid it uses, whether a front brake is available, and the lever clamp diameter if you ride drop bars, since none of these is stated.
