Our furniture leather repair 10-color kit contains the dispersant, dodecyl ester. It can help repair leather goods, fill scratches applied to various leather fabrics, and make them look like new. Its use is simple: 1. If there is no filler material at the bottom of the damaged area, or the filler material has shifted or loosened, rebuild the area with a similar material and fix the bottom, 2. For cuts and holes larger than 1/4 inch, you will need to cut a piece of substrate that is slightly larger than the damaged area, place it under the damaged area and secure it. Damage, peeling surfaces, or scratches less than 1/4 inch can be repaired immediately, 3. Stir in an empty mixing jar to get a new color, 4. Apply the leather repair paste evenly on the damaged area with a brush until it covers the original color. If you need to re-apply, it is recommended to dry for 30 minutes before re-applying.
